How long does personalisation take?
Most personalised items take 3-5 business days to create. I put a lot of love into each piece, so I never rush the process! For urgent orders, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help.
Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Absolutely! For personalised items, I always send a digital preview for your approval before I start creating. I want to make sure it’s absolutely perfect for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I ship throughout the UK and to most European countries. Planning to expand worldwide soon! If you’re outside these areas, drop me a message and I’ll see what I can do.
What if I need gift advice?
This is my favorite question! I love helping people find the perfect gift. Just tell me about the person you’re shopping for and the occasion, and I’ll suggest something magical.
Can I return personalised items?
Because each personalised item is made specifically for you, I generally can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an error on my end, I’ll absolutely make it right!
How do I care for my gift?
I include care instructions with every order, but I’m always happy to provide additional guidance. I want your gift to bring joy for years to come!
