Because of this personalised nature, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s an error on our part.

- Your item arrived damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- There’s a manufacturing defect in your item

When We Cannot Accept Returns

- The personalisation is exactly as you requested
